Sophia Jaworski is a PhD student at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on the uneven dimensions of chronic environmentally-linked illness in indoor atmospheres, including low-income rental housing and gender. She is especially interested in petrochemicals, feminist STS, and visual approaches to understanding toxicity, and how they relate to settler colonialism and late captialism in a Canadian context.
