The picture's focus is on the door which states “Jeju Island Immigration Entrance.” In the background and out of focus are the Yemeni refugees who arrived in December 2018 to Jeju Island. Behind those doors, asylum-seekers fill out paperwork and get interviewed by immigration officers who then decide if they are a real refugee or not.
